It has anti-inflammatory, antifungal, antioxidant, and antimicrobial properties and can be used in treating acne and soothing skin inflammation. Works as a bug repellant boosts wound healing and helps reduce nail fungus.
Adding tea tree oil to shampoo has been found to reduce dandruff. In one study, tea tree oil shampoos were found to be effective in reducing the growth of Candida albicans (yeast) which often contributes to dandruff
Can be used in body lotions, moisturizers, shampoos, conditioners, facial cleansers, mouthwashes, foot sprays, etc.
