Naturish Shop offers two (2) payment options, namely
- Card Payment: You can pay with your debit or credit card through any of the secure online portals.
- Bank Transfer: Payment can also be made to our Bank Account directly.
We are located in Surulere, Lagos, Nigeria.
We are strictly an online shop which means we do not have a walk-in store. So the pickup option is not available.
Yes, we can. We offer technical assistance to help you develop and refine your product formulation, select suitable ingredients, and ensure it meets industry standards.
However, we’ve found that working with us is much smoother if you already have a foundational understanding of cosmetic formulation. This helps you follow our guidance, understand technical terms, and make informed decisions about your product.
We do not provide training on how to make cosmetics from scratch, but we can recommend reputable schools and courses where you can build that foundational knowledge before or alongside working with us.
Absolutely. We understand not every formulator needs bulk supplies, so we offer flexible quantities — from small starter packs to larger production sizes.
Delivery time depends on the courier service you choose at checkout.
GIG Logistics and DHL have their own delivery timelines, which may vary based on your location.
On average, orders within major cities arrive in 1–3 working days, while deliveries to other areas may take 3–5 working days.
Once we hand your package over to the courier, we’ll send you the tracking details so you can monitor its progress directly with them.
