GrapeSeed oil
Lightweight, fast-absorbing carrier oil with a dry feel. Great for face oils, body oils, cleansing oils, and emulsions where you want slip without heaviness.
Grapeseed Oil is a light, low-odour vegetable oil valued for its quick spread and non-greasy finish.
It helps improve slip and softness in both leave-on and rinse-off products, making it useful in face oils, body oils, cleansing oils, and moisturisers.
Because it is more oxidation-prone than heavier saturated oils, it performs best when you protect the formula with antioxidants and air-minimising packaging.

| Pro Tip | Because grapeseed oil is relatively high in unsaturation, protect it with antioxidants (tocopherol is a strong baseline). Use air-minimising packaging where possible, especially for leave-on oils, to reduce oxidation and odour drift. For a drier finish, blend with coco-caprylate/caprate or C12-15 alkyl benzoate. |
