Description

Sodium Cocoamphoacetate is mild to the skin and has excellent antistatic, softening, and foam-stabilizing performance. When used in hair products, it adds gloss and shine and makes hair soft, easy to comb. Additionally, it has excellent stability (stable in bleach) with good thickening, solubilizing, and sterilizing ability. It can also disperse calcium soap and has good biodegradability. It is compatible with other surfactants, anionic, cationic, amphoteric, and non-ionic, and especially suitable for various applications such as shampoos, bath washes, and dishwashing detergents

Sodium Cocoamphoacetate is a very good lime soap dispersant and wetting agent. It shows a good resistance to hard water and foams even in salt water. It is compatible with anionic, non-ionic, and other amphoteric surfactants.

Usage Rate: 5 to 30%
Solubility: Water
pH Stability: 4 to 9
Thermal Stability: Avoid Temperatures below 30ºC and above 45ºC
ASM: 30%
Charge: Amphoteric
Storage: Storage temperature below 10 – 15 °C can cause cloudiness, which does not indicate a loss of quality. A clear solution can be obtained again by slowly heating (approx. 30 – 40 °C) the material while stirring. Recommended storage temperature: 5 – 40 °C. Freezing should be avoided.
