Hyaluronic Acid with a high molecular weight grade at approximately 1.5 million Daltons, designed to sit more on the skin surface and form a moisture-binding film.
It supports a smoother, more cushioned skin feel and helps reduce the look of dehydration lines caused by dryness.
HMW HA is especially loved in soothing serums, hydrating gels, toners, and barrier-support creams where comfort is the priority.
Because it builds viscosity and can feel “stringy” if overused, it performs best at low use levels and with proper hydration time.

Allow 1–4 hours for full hydration (or overnight for maximum smoothness), then adjust viscosity and pH. If the serum feels stringy, reduce the HA level and improve slip with a polymer like HEC/HPMC or add a light humectant system for balance. |
