| Pro Tip | For stronger stability, add 0.5–3% cetyl alcohol or cetearyl alcohol to improve structure and reduce separation risk. Emulsify hot with good mixing, then cool with gentle mixing to avoid aeration. Let the batch rest for 24 hours before final viscosity decisions because the structure continues to develop as it sets. |
