It improves water-soluble activity by enhancing the fluidity of cell membranes and decreasing diffusion resistance. It is a non-irritating penetration enhancer that is safe to use. It provides effective distribution and aids in the penetration of other beneficial ingredients into the skin. It improves stability without causing skin stimulation.
According to reports, it has moisturizing properties by raising the stratum corneum‘s moisture level.
